He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Kelly and Betty Jean Smith Kelly; and his brothers, Paul Kelly and Jimmy Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Heather Kelly of Cleveland, Steven Kelly of Florence, KY and Miranda Kelly of Florence, KY; his grandchildren, Landyss Kelly, Douglas Rudolph, Kenyna Rudolph, Kylee Aaron, Kevon Kelly and Journee Kelly; and his brother Mike Kelly of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
