He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Holder and Elizabeth Mooney. He is survived by: his former wife Becky Brown Holder; his brothers, Doug Holder (Tabitha) of Benton, TN., Scott Holder (Heather) of Chattanooga, TN. and Dusty McCutcheon (Caroline) of Ringgold; and his stepfather Ralph Mooney (Phyllis) of Chatsworth, GA.. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
