She was predeceased by: her parents, Reece Shamblin (Betty) and Bernice; her sister Betty Jo Swallows (Shamblin); and her son Thomas Swallows. She is survived by: her husband Edward Swallows; her children, Ricky Swallows (Paulette), JoAnn Whitehead (Don) and Nathan Swallows (Kelsey); her grandchildren, Erick Swallows (Brittany), Eddie Swallows (Laura), Andrew Whitehead, Laura Sharp (Matt), Gage, Bella, Ellie Swallows, Dustin Mason (Julie), Nick Talley, Cameron Swallows (Ashley), Amber Swallows and Desiree Swallows; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Swallows, Jacey Talley, Miles, Grayson Sharp, Ezra, Silas Swallows, Crew Mason, Omry Swallows, Dillon and Scarlette Swallows. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
