He is survived by: his wife Wanda McCarter Bivens; his children, Mitchell Bivens (Regina) of Cleveland, TN, Randall Bivens (Karen) of Ringgold, GA, Cheryl Rider (Charlie) of Cleveland and Donna Sudderth (Richard) of Nashville, TN; his sister Ollie Gerry (Cliff) of Vonore, TN.; and also Luther Bivens (Margaret) of Tellico Plains, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
