He was predeceased by: his wife Winona Hester Bryan; his parents, Alton Morris Bryan and Jimmie Kate Pitman Bryan; and his brothers, Kenneth Bryan and Leonard Bryan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kay Bryan Chatham (Harvey) and Jennifer Bryan Bishop (Terry); his granddaughters, Christina Chatham (Justin Roberts) and Katelyn Chatham; his stepgranddaughter Lara Bishop Newman (Kevin); and his great great grandchildren, Landry Newman, Annslee Newman and Hadlyn Newman.
