He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anderson and Minnie Anderson (Poplar); and his wife Ellie Beatrice Avant-Anderson. He is survived by: his daughters, Vera Dotson and Frances Smith; his grandchild Seventy; his great grandchild Sixty; and his siblings, Rachel Walker (James) and Clyde Anderson.
