She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Bivens (Regina) of Cleveland, TN., Cheryl Rider (Charlie) of Cleveland, TN., Randall Bivens (Karen) of Ringgold, GA. and Donna Sudderth (Richard) of Nashville, TN.; and her brother Jimmy McCarter of Tellico Plains, TN.. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
