He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann Cronan Allen and Lewis Jr. Trentham; and his sisters, Sharon Kay Trentham and Karen Faye Trentham. He is survived by: his children, Trevor Ethan Lynn Trentham and Charity LeAnn Trentham; his brother Lewis Steven Trentham (Charlotte); his girlfriend Karen Bishop; his stepfather Jesse Allen; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Canales, CheyAnne Trentham, Amber Suttles, Cody Trentham and Seth Trentham.
