He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Spicer and William Spicer. He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie; his sister Eleanor Johnson; his niece Nancy Johnson; his nephews, Steve and Darrell Longwith; his friend Herbert Beene; his wife Betty Spicer of Cleveland; his stepgrandchildren, Christy Davis, Kari Meoak (Tyler), Casey Huffaker, Nathan Cheek and Matthew Cheek; his brother Eldon Spicer; and his cousin Roy Bain. He is also survived by his many friends and his beloved companion, his dog.
