He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Steadman Kirk; and his daughter Shelby Ann Pawlak. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hicks Pawlak Kirk; his father Lowell Paul Kirk; his stepmother Phyllis Kirk; his son James Pawlak; his sister Kelly Kirk; and his half-siblings, Robin Bickley and Guy Bickley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
