It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Sue Blackwell of Benton, Tennessee, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Blackwell and Nancy Blackwell; her brothers, Benny Blackwell and Arlin Blackwell; her granddaughter Whitney Bridges; and her great grandchild Madison Ballew.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Bridges (Rick), Mellissa Cronan (Gary), Sandy Farris (Scott), Nola Burger and Sammy Blackwell; her sister Mary Elliott (Charles); and her grandchildren, Heather Ezell (Joey), Trisha Warfield (Carl), Anthony Cronan (Candice), Nicholas Burger, Samantha Rymer (James), Savannah Bridges (Alfee), Finley Bridges, Hannah Smith and Logan Ballew. She is also survived by Several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
