She is survived by: her husband Earl Payne; her daughter Carol Adams Hambright (Arnold); her granddaughter Cara Cummings; and her siblings, Boyd Bishop (Elizabeth) of Cleveland, Frank Bishop (Georgia Faye) of Cleveland, Bobby Bishop of Benton, Mary Ann Bishop of Benton, Kenneth Bishop (Dee Dee) of Benton, Ralph Bishop of Benton and Terry Bishop (Jennifer) of Benton.
