He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his great grandchild Nathaniel; his children, Joseph H. Decker, Jr. (Nelline) of Springtown, TN, Michael R. Decker (Tara) of Benton, TN and Suzette P. Williams (Kent) of Etowah, TN.; his grandchildren, Joseph III, Aaron, Ryan, Jessie, Rebecca and Amanda; and his parents, Lewis Decker and Annabelle Decker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital , a cause that was dear to his heart.
