He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Goins (Dill); his parents, Lozier and Ellen; his son Chris Goins; and his siblings, Leonard Goins, Barbara Herron, June Allman, Roy Goins, Howard Goins, Faye Evans and Johnny Goins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Paige Bazzell and Felisha Browder (Brent); and his siblings, Joyce Hall and Clemmie Freeman.
