He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Clements of Benton; his brothers, Wesley Clements (Amy) of Benton and Thomas Clements (Karen) of McDonald; his son Jaxon Caid Clements of Riceville; his nephews, Dylan Clements (Alexis) of Sweetwater, Logan of Benton and Blake Clements of Benton; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Hefner (Ronnie) of McDonald, Sonja Cox (Tommy) of Cleveland, Angie Black (Ron) of Cleveland, Darrel Cooper (Karen) of McDonald and Wayne Clements (Patricia) of Benton; his cousin Robert Clements of Sweetwater; and his best buddy Gizmo.
