He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Howard and Dovie Rogers Howard; and his siblings, Virginia Wiley, Billie Ann McClary, Joyce Moorhouse, Sue Campbell and Kenneth Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, Stan Howard (Revonda), Sue Ann Patterson (John) and Kendra Johnson (Chris). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home of Benton (6439 US-411, Benton, TN 37307). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Benton Memorial Gardens (217 Patty Rd, Benton, TN 37307).
