He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Passmore and Bonnie Pate Passmore; his wife Linda Diane Passmore; and his siblings, Gerald Passmore, Roger Passmore, Maxine Lewis (Gene) and Jean Holden (Jim).

He is survived by: his daughter Sharon; his son-in-law Roger Stepp; his granddaughter Jessica Diane Stepp (CJ Board); and his sisters-in-law, Uldine Passmore and Beth Passmore.
