She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Stanley and Ada Lee Droke Goins; her husband James Lark Smith; and her siblings, Jessie L. Goins, Geneva "Bill" Goins, Stanley Goins, Anna Belle Goins and G. B. "Chubb" Goins.
She is survived by: her grandson Anthony L. "Andy" McDonald, Sr. (Lynnette); and her great grandchildren, Anthony L. "Tony" McDonald, Jr. (Jackie) and Heather Faye McDonald. She is also survived by four step grand-children, 8 great-great grandchildren and 8 step great-great grandchildren.
