She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Triplett and Pearl Keith Triplett; and her siblings, Eva Franks, John Thomas Triplett, Kenneth E. Triplett, Bubbles Newman, Curtis Triplett and Dan Triplett.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Hodge (Bo), Mike Sampson (Elizabeth), Donna Evans (Greg) and Lisa Moses (John); her grandchildren, Heath Sampson (Rachel), Christina Sampson, Katelyn Hodge, Jacob Moses and Sarah Cooper (Chance); her great grandchildren, Jaxen Vance, Shelby Sampson, Ellie Sampson and Ava Walker; her sister Gloria Norman; and her caregivers, Meshelle Nelson and Tammy Wingo. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
