He was predeceased by: his parents, Knoble William Mantooth and Lela Mae Mantooth (McKamey); his grandson Ricky J. McClure; and his niece Denise Sutton. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Janice" Mantooth (Wood); his son Gary "Scott" Mantooth (Mary); his granddaughters, Madisson "Maddie" Mantooth, Macy Mantooth, Meghan McClure and Abigayle McClure; his great grandchild James Ryder Collins; his brother Quentin "Vell" Mantooth; and his nieces, Lisa Biggs (Curtis), Shannon Dill (Jeremy), Sonya Cross (Mike) and Amy Mantooth.
