She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck Carter and Edith Byrum Carter; and her daughter-in-law Michelle McDougal. She is survived by: her children, Gary Miller (Marlena), Wanda Greenlief (Edward), Nancy Brackin (Terry), James McDougal (Lindsey) and Elizabeth Cronan (Mitchell); her grandchildren, Zachary Miller (Cheyenne), Timmy Miller, Megan Miller, Shyanne Brackin, Christy Brackin, Matthew Crisp, Justin Cronan, Benjamin McDougal, Lola McDougal, Cloee Morris, Daniel Miller, David Greenlief and Donna Greenlief; her great grandchild Zander Miller; and her siblings, Virgie Ramsey (Danny), Marie Baker (Jeff), Christine Ramsey (Kenny), Kenneth Carter (Misty) and Jerry Carter (Gina).
