She is survived by: her husband Charlie "Chuck" Waters; her daughters, Karen Galloway (Michael) and Alisa Bisch (James); her grandchildren, Joshua Galloway, Jacob Galloway, Jonathan Galloway, Ethan Bisch and Hayden Bisch; her brother Jesse Carruth (Earleen); and her sisters-in-law, Doris Carruth and Evelyn Carruth.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the North Cleveland Baptist Church (2815 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37312). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Old Ocoee Cemetery (2314 Parksville Rd, Benton, TN 37307).
