He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Noonan and Alton G. Foote; and his sister Margaret Gergich. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sanders Foote; his children, Stephen Staples (Linda), Susan Stinson, Jennifer Roggendorff (Terry Hyle) and Darrell Foote (Kelli); and his grandchildren, Natalie Guay (Ryan), Timothy Staples (Erin), Rebecca Caputo (Carmine), Gladys Haley, Valerie Stinson, Katelyn Roggendorff, Allie Ray (Chandler), Allix Foote and Caleb Foote. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
