He was predeceased by: his father Denver Dean Crook; and his sibling Dean Crook. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Gregory (Nick) of Cleveland and Austin Crook of Benton; his grandchildren, Makayla Crook, Devin Lurcock and Grace Crook; and his siblings, Mike Bain of Delano and Cheryl Case (Allan) of Alabama. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
