She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther C. Rayburn and Deloroius Cook Rayburn; her husband Bill Dotson; her children, Victor Miller and Robin Miller; her siblings, Maxine Rogers, Luther "Jackie" Rayburn and Roger Rayburn; and her brother-in-law David Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Swigert (Bob) and Jeffery Scott Miller; her grandchildren, Joe Divinsky, Bobby Swigert (Racheal), Ryan Miller, Chase Price, Paige Price, Brenton Williams and Kayla Miller; her great grandchildren, Peyton Munoz, Layla Swigert, Landon Swigert, Hayleigh Cooper and Kayleigh Price; and her sister-in-law Brenda Rayburn. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
