He was predeceased by: his wife Doris A. Fulbright; his parents, Henry W. Boyer and Anna R. Fulbright Boyer; his children, Barbara Jean Fulbright Mullins, Carol Ann Fulbright and Charles Craig Fulbright; and his siblings, Nell Fulbright Brackin and Eddie Fulbright.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Toomey (Michael) of Calhoun; his son-in-law Joe Mullins; his grandchildren, Erik Mullins (Staci) of Cleveland, Candace Everett (Dustin) of Cleveland, Megan Toomey and Caleb Toomey of Calhoun; his brother Billy Fulbright (Midge) of Cleveland; his great grandchildren, Riley of Cleveland, Brooklyn Mullins of Cleveland and Lily Everett of Cleveland; and his sister-in-law Delores Eaves of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
