She is survived by: her spouse William Emil Hayslette of Belvidere; her children, William Emil Hayslette II of Columbia and Emily Ann Hayslette of Estill Springs; her siblings, Maryen George of Florida, Robert Bibby Jr of Florida, Tonya Bibby of Florida and Christopher Bibby of Florida; and her friends, Taylor Reed, Margret Manning, Jacqueline Sanford, Terrie Partin and Rebecca Nostrant.
