He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl Rollins and Hazel Elizabeth Walters Rollins; his wife Doris Ann Rollins; his sons, Timothy Wayne Rollins and Jeramy Shane Rollins; and his brothers, Donnie Rollins and Jerry Lee Rollins.

He is survived by: his son Jamie Rollins (Tiffany) of Belvidere; his grandchildren, Matthew Darrin Rollins (Casey) of Estill Springs, Zach Rollins (Hailey) of Shelbyville, Ethan Rollins of Belvidere, Easton Rollins and Kyler Rollins; and his sister Linda Dye of Shelbyville.
