He is survived by: his mother Jane Neal of Belvidere; his siblings, Jessica Roberts of Belvidere, Joseph Neal (Lacey) of Winchester and Jacob Neal of Belvidere; his grandparents, Lillie Reed of Cowan and James Dale Neal of Belvidere; his aunts and uncles, Terry Neal (Linda) of Belvidere, Kerry Dale Neal and John Ben Neal (Angela) of Belvidere; his nieces and nephews, Camry Neal, Maddie Roberts, Dalton Roberts and Montgomery Neal; and his cousins, T. J., Derrick, Anastasia, Victoria and Vinson.
