He is survived by: his wife Vickie Stines of Belvidere; his stepchildren, Tyler Broadbent of Winchester, Rachael Broadbent of Murfreesboro, Austin Broadbent of Winchester, Brittany Broadbent of Sherwood and Blake Broadbent of Winchester; his grandchildren, Sadie, Sawyer Stines and Grayson Brewer; his siblings, Allen Stines (Elizabeth) of Belvidere, Kathy Smith (Larry) of Winchester, Marilyn Champion (Mike) of Winchester and Evelyn Finney (Doyle) of Winchester; and his nieces, Cindy Stewart (Blake), Kim Ballard (Jay) and Heatherly Stines.
