He was predeceased by: his parents, Vertal Emery and Freya Steele (Snodgrass); his wife Minnie Rachel Steele (Marrs); and his son Todd Allen Steele Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Paula Steele of Belvidere; his grandchildren, Paula "Mikki" Russell of Belvidere, Zachary Russell of Belvidere, T. J and Anthony Steele of Hammond, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Landan Johnson, Justin Williams, Carley George of Belvidere and Brantley Steele of Winchester; and his great great grandchildren, Paisley Stevens and Carson Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
