He is survived by: his mother Frances Johnson Sullivan of Chester, Virginia; his wife Sheila Sullivan of Belvidere; his children, Adam Sullivan of Vancouver and Laura Sullivan of Mount Hood, Oregon; and his brothers, Patrick Sullivan (Roxanne) of Chesterfield and Jerry Sullivan of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
