She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Knapper and Lucy Zimmerman Knapper; and her husband Carl Dixon. She is survived by: her children, Harry Dixon (Liz) of Belvidere and Kathy Simmons (Wayne) of Decatur, Ala.; and her grandchildren, Josh Dixon (Brittany) of Winchester, Jason Dixon (Jaqui) of Nashville, Scott Simmons (Tammie) of Toney, Ala., Susan Simmons (Fiance' Josh Adkins) of Hartselle, Ala., Emily Simmons Knight (Matt) of Athens, Ala., Heather Braden of Nashville and Brittany Pierce of Nashville.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the First United Church of Christ Belvidere, Cemetery Fund, 4099 Owl Hollow Road, Belvidere, TN 37306.
