She is survived by: her husband Monte Perkins of Belvidere; her sons, William Floyd Perkins of Belvidere and Robert Clayton Perkins (Julia) of Belvidere; her grandchildren, Shelby Lynn Perkins, Whitney Michelle Perkins, Jacey Perkins, Robby Perkins and Samantha Steele; her great grandchildren, Skye and River; and her sister Vickie Grammer (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
