He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Marjorie Carter McKeel; his son Dillion McKeel; and his brother Danny Russell McKeel. He is survived by: his children, Dustin McKeel (Meredith), Brian McKeel and Tammy Gatlin of Athens, AL; and his siblings, Johnny McKeel of Bells, TN, Charlotte McKeel of Huntsville, AL, Brenda Wright and Kathy Devon McKeel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
