She is survived by: her daughter Amy; her son-in-law Charles Fent, Jr. of Bells; her son Scotty Dale McIntosh, Jr. of Springfield, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Robert Lee McIntosh, Kyle Rider, William J. Gardner, Steven Rider, Jamie Lee Gordon, Shelby Rider and Austin Roselle. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
