He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Hickman and Ruth Hickman; and his brother Howard Neal Hickman. He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jan" Hickman; and his daughters, Theresa Yenawine (Kelly) and Melissa Spurgeon (Kyle). He is also survived by his grandchildren.
