He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Janice Edwards Gaines; his wife Charlotte Whitman Gaines of Bells; his children, Tre Gaines (Leigh Ann) of Bells and Ashley Gaines of Bells; his father Robert Earl; his siblings, Jayne Ragon (Bill) of Jackson, Lisa Hall (Bill) of Jackson, Pat Gaines of Bells and Paul Gaines (Linda) of Bells; and his grandchildren, Lela Gaines, Landry Gaines, Braxton Grice and Emma Grice.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to Bells First Baptist Church, NOAH or the Crockett Mission in memory of Mr. Gaines.
