She was predeceased by: her father Newton "Buddy" Stephens; and her brother Phil Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Tyler Hayes (Haley) of Kenton, TN and Erin Schweitzer (Kelsey) of Humboldt, TN; her sisters, Lisa Lynn of Hermitage, TN and Kim Nanney (Cayce) of Bells, TN; and her grandchildren, Kade, Penelope, Hayes and Amelia Kate. She is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.
