He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Crutchfield and Mary Lee Clark Crutchfield; his daughter Mary Ann Crutchfield; and his siblings, Tommy Crutchfield, Buddy Crutchfield, Jewel Crutchfield, Johnny Ray Crutchfield, Desimae Westover, Lilly Bline, Cynthia Dotson, Helen Dotson, Frances Clark and Hazel Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine Ann Boles Crutchfield of Humboldt, TN; his daughters, Kathy Mosier (Kevin) of Gadsden, TN, Diane McCann (Kenneth) of Humboldt, TN and Theresa Ann Dixon of Humboldt, TN; and his sisters, Shirley Mitchell and Pairlee Runions of Gadsden, TN. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 13 Great-Grandchildren.
