He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ira Keltner and Pansy Viola Crutchfield Keltner; and his brother William Douglas Keltner. He is survived by: his wife Lavenia "Beannie" Buford Keltner of Bells, TN; his children, David Glenn Keltner (Marie) of Gallatin and Amanda Lynne Bevis (Jim) of Lebanon, TN; his sister Annette Piercey of Paris, TN; his grandchildren, Joshua Pettigrew (Kirby), Kaitlin Quattlebaum (Aaron), Rachel Frazier (Matthew) and Andrew Keltner (Christine); and his great grandchildren, Miller, Maxwell Pettigrew, Ann Wallis, Livi Frazier, Raegan and Clay Keltner.

In lieu of flowers, the Keltner family requests that memorial be made to the Allen Baptist Church, 5533 Hwy 79 North, Brownsville, TN 38012.
