He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Webb and Wilma Webb; his sister Betty Flowers; and his brother-in-law James Flower. He is survived by: his wife Mae Moore Webb; his nieces, Jan Cooksey (Barry) of Jackson, TN and Mary Ann Fritch of Florida; his siblings-in-law, Janet Alexander of Jackson, TN, Phillip Moore (Teresa) of Jackson, TN and Lynn Moore (Brenda) of Florida; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.
