She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Clifton Leggett and Annie Floye Norville Hulme; her husband Eddie Overton; her sister-in-law Claudette Hulme; and her grandson Eddie Cole.

She is survived by: her daughter Anna O. Cole (Matt) of Franklin, TN; her brothers, Curtis Leggett (Marsha) of Bells, TN and David Hulme of Gallatin, TN; and her grandchildren, Christian, Cannon, Eleanor and Coen.
