He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jevon Powell and Hettie Mae Powell (Jolley); and his brother Michael Powell. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Powell (Gordon) of Tullahoma; and his children, Autumn Elmore (Jason) of Tullahoma, Angelique Phelps (Kris McAdams) of Shelbyville and Chris Powell (Tracy) of Murfreesboro.
