He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Paul and Evelyn Lloyd Hunter Lowe; his parents-in-law, Buster and Cat Miller; and his godmother Lacy Mai Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ann Miller Lowe; his daughter Christy Stephenson (Scott) of Belfast; his stepgrandson Scotty Stephenson (Valerie) of Clarksville; his stepgreat-grandson Axel Stephenson of Clarksville; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Miller (Bobbie) of Belfast and Johnny Miller of Belfast.
