She is survived by: her daughter Gayle Cook (John) of Belfast; her grandchildren, Matt Cathey (Meghan) of Spartanburg and Lee Perryman (Adam) of Lewisburg; her great grandchildren, Paige Fuller and Abbie Perryman; and her sister-in-law Ann Hughes of Evansville. She is also survived by three step grandchildren, and five step great grandchildren.
