He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Jackson Laster (EJ) and Mary Orman Scruggs Laster; his brother Haydden Jackson Laster (Jack); his wife Lou Laster; his sons, Everett Jackson Laster (Avery) and Joseph Lyn Laster; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Audrey Ann, Chandler and Kennedy. He was also cherished by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Joe was also a great auctioneer, working for Green Company and volunteering for several charity events.
