She was predeceased by: her husband George Lloyd Tate; and her brother David Slaughter. She is survived by: her children, Clint Tate (Maria), Scotty Tate, Renee Fults and Jeanine Forsyth; her siblings, Charles Killian (Wanda), Wilma Wanamaker and Betty Smartt; and her grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan Tate (Allie), Jason Dyer, Madison Fults, Brandon Price (Sydney), Cody and Trent Forsyth. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
