He is survived by: his wife Shelia Smartt Pack; his mother Barbara Ann Bloodworth; his siblings, Christine Baumgartner (Bob), Rickye Pack and Paul Bloodworth (Amy); his mother-in-law Betty Smartt; his uncle Ronald Hill; his godson D. J. Barks; and his close friend Bella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
