He is survived by: his brother Roger Dale Forsyth; his daughter Sandra Lee Forsyth; his sister Rose Pease; his wife Brenda King Forsyth; his children, Clinton Forsyth (Elaine) and Fay Spell; his siblings, Roy G. (Tincy), Joe T. Forsyth, Delma Meeks and Emma Fincher (David); his grandchildren, Tiffany Broadway (Jordan), Trent Forsyth and Cody Forsyth; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Hallie, Ross, Mollie and Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
